Preciuos Lara Quigaman-Alcaraz (former beauty queen) gave birth to her seven-pound baby boy last November 10. Lara was married to Marco Alcaraz a Filipino actor and former varsity basketball player. Lara and Marco welcomed by their new born baby with a smile and a pose for the camera. Nice smile baby boy.
