Nikki Gil: The Nixters :) this is the most complete we've been in a while! 😋 They are more than just "fans" to me. They have become family and I am grateful to have them in my life. I am thankful I get to share not just my career milestones with these girls, but also my personal victories. It is also such a privilege to witness them progress in life (met most of them as students. Now we have engineers, nurses, managers and supervisors 😎). We've been through a lot as a family. We've celebrated the birth of new members and mourned the passing of some. And every time I am surrounded by these girls, I am reminded of why I do what I do.
