Solenn Heussaff: Prepared cereal crusted lapu lapu ( dip lapu lapu in flour, then egg, then crushed cereal or bread crumb, season with rosemary, nutmeg, basil ,paprika,thyme, bay leaves and cardamom. Top with home made tuscan salsa ( tomatoes, onions, cilantro, capers,olive oil,salt ,pepper) and lay on #SolennCooking croissant with sriracha aioli.
