
Couldn't go for a run outside so I opted for a 30mins Tabata workout on the treadmill. Doing intervals of 40sec sprint and a 20sec rest. Pace was 4:00. Highest speed at 15.0 KPH. Was able to do 5KM. Made it fun but honestly harder than a normal run outside. 🏃🏻 via annecurtissmith, Instagram
