
Healthy breakfast ideas💡 OAT AND CHEESE PANCAKES INGREDIENTS: • 1/2 cup gluten-free Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats • 1/2 medium banana • 1 tsp. baking powder • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder • 2 large egg whites • 1/4 cup cheese • 1-2 Tbsps. unsweetened vanilla almond milk • 2 tsps. unsaturated margarine, to grease the pan • Optional add-ins: Fresh berries, chocolate chips, peanut butter METHOD: • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth for about 30 seconds. • Lightly coat a large non-stick pan with 1/2 teaspoon margarine and heat over a medium to low flame. • Drop batter by 1/4 cup onto the pan. Add desired toppings such as chocolate chips or blueberries. • Cook until bubbles appear on top.
