Michael V's wife, Carol, although in their 40s still manage to do some strenuous work out. This include, bending and balancing on her head. Well, what Bitoy commented on his photo is true, and I quote, "if my wife can do this (Bitoy's wife), you should start thinking about your potentials if you are any younger." Truly and well said, and that got me into thinking about myself.
