Chynna Ortaleza was found lying, unconscious and have some bruises. Yes, Chynna was found in this state during their taping. Well, these are just acting though, but what is surprising and funny is Chynna has fallen to sleep during their taping. She really is exhausted and tired on her work. Nice beauty sleep and rest there Chynna, lol.
